PILATESTutor: Juliet LloydStretch and strengthen the body in a gentle and effective manner. Pilates is a physical and mental conditioning programme, combining exercise with stretching and breathing. Pilates mat work classes promote better posture, stronger and more flexible muscles, greater energy and an increased ability to cope with day to day stress. Class runs for 9 weeks. YOGA WITH JANETutor: Jane Jones (Yoga Diploma IYTA NZ)Jane is a qualified Iyengar teacher. She continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga through her practice and study, attending classes with senior teachers in New Zealand and workshops with senior teachers from abroad. With all this knowledge Jane will show you how to nurture your body, mind and spirit with yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. Increase flexibility and release tension. Beginners welcome. T'AI CHI - The Essence of MovementTutor: Stacy ShramanaT'ai Chi has evolved over centuries on China as a way to allow your mind to settle and your body to rejuvenate naturally. Using movements that are circular, easy and free-flowing. Instructor Stacy's approach to T'ai Chi is based on the instruction given in Wudang Shan in Central China, the original cradle of T'ai Chi.
