Belly dance classes incorporate movements of the body for fun while learning a dance art. Whilst one of the biggest benefits is stress relief, it is also a creative outlet and a wonderful type of gentle exercise for women (and men) of all ages, shapes and sizes. A regular dance class improves your coordination, posture and self awareness. The intermediate class is aimed beyond beginner students. Class runs for 8 weeks.

PILATES

Stretch and strengthen the body in a gentle and effective manner. Pilates is a physical and mental conditioning programme, combining exercise with stretching and breathing. Pilates mat work classes promote better posture, stronger and more flexible muscles, greater energy and an increased ability to cope with day to day stress. Jane is a qualified Iyengar teacher. She continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga through her practice and study, attending classes with senior teachers in New Zealand and workshops with senior teachers from abroad.
