Belly dance classes incorporate movements of the body for fun while learning a dance art. Whilst one of the biggest benefits is stress relief, it is also a creative outlet and a wonderful type of gentle exercise for women (and men) of all ages, shapes and sizes. A regular dance class improves your coordination, posture and self awareness. The intermediate class is aimed beyond beginner students.
